KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install workstations, desks, seating, storage, and related office furniture according to drawings, instructions, and actual field conditions on site.
• Disassemble, reassemble, and adjust modular furniture systems while keeping hardware, parts, cartons, and room assignments organized.
• Load, unload, move, and stage furniture safely in warehouses, elevators, loading areas, and active jobsites without creating avoidable site issues.
• Identify layout conflicts, missing parts, finish concerns, or readiness issues early and communicate them clearly to field leads or project contacts.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-conscious work area throughout each phase of installation and closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade, carpentry, warehouse, or installation experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with furniture installation, carpentry, moving, warehouse labor, or other hands-on field work is preferred.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, ladders, and basic installation equipment in a safe and efficient way.
• Ability to lift heavy items, work on your feet for long periods, and handle physically demanding jobsite conditions with consistency.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a crew that depends on accountability and follow-through.
