Project Manager

Join Precision Office Solutions as a Project Manager and take ownership of commercial furniture installation projects from kickoff through turnover. This role requires schedule control, client communication, delivery coordination, and consistent follow-through with field crews and internal teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage project scope, schedule, delivery timing, and field coordination from preconstruction planning through closeout.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, warehouse teams, and field crews so access, staging, and installation phases stay aligned.
  • Track open issues, readiness items, change conditions, and punch lists before they turn into schedule loss or client frustration.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, schedules, and internal communication needed to keep the work organized and accountable.
  • Support turnover, punch management, and final walkthrough items so each project closes cleanly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing commercial installation, relocation, construction-adjacent, or field-execution projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and moving parts under control.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with clients, crews, warehouse teams, and internal leadership.
  • Working familiarity with office furniture systems, logistics, field scheduling, or related project environments is preferred.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, project trackers, calendars, and documentation tools to manage schedules and follow-through.
