Project Manager

Locations: Charlotte, Nashville, Raleigh, Greenville, Charleston, Miami and Washington D.C.

As a Project Manager at Precision Office Solutions, you will oversee the entire furniture installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will coordinate with clients, manage installation teams, and handle documentation and workflow management. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with systems office furniture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage installation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Supervise installation teams, providing direction and support.
  • Handle documentation, including project plans, schedules, and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Experience with systems office furniture and project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
