Sales Representative

Precision Office Solutions is hiring a Sales Representative who can build relationships, understand client needs, and turn project conversations into real opportunities. This role is not just outbound selling; it requires listening well, representing the company professionally, and helping clients connect service needs with practical project solutions. The right candidate is organized, credible, responsive, and comfortable working with both prospects and internal operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients across the markets Precision serves.
  • Identify project opportunities related to installation, relocation, receiving, reconfiguration, logistics, and related support services.
  • Prepare for meetings, communicate service capabilities clearly, and gather the site and scope details needed for estimating and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams so proposals and client expectations stay grounded in real execution capability.
  • Track activity, follow-up, and opportunity progress in an organized way that supports consistent pipeline management and account development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous sales or business-development experience, ideally in a service-based, project-based, or commercial environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and represent the company well in the field and in meetings.
  • Ability to understand client priorities and translate them into useful internal project information for pricing and execution.
  • Good organizational habits, follow-through, and comfort managing active leads over time without losing momentum.
  • Experience with CRM tools, outreach tracking, proposals, or structured sales follow-up is preferred.
